Lao Tzu said that if you are worried, you live in the past, if you are worried, you live in the future, and if you are happy, you live in the present.
Friends, we live in a very rare situation. Most of our time is spent looking at past sorrows or regrets or looking at future fears or planning. Our present is always helpless. We do not know the secret that our present will become our past and our future will become our present. Regardless of this, we stay away from the present.
Friends, here are some exercises that will teach us the art of living in the present.
Exercise to end anxiety
۔ Make it a habit to walk on cool, soft grass and feel the coolness of the grass.
۔ Drink eight to ten glasses of water a day slowly and feel the taste of the water.
۔ For at least thirty days you have not thought about the day to come. That is, don’t think about what’s going to happen in the future. The only and only present moment is to be present today.
۔ Wear cotton clothes as much as possible.
۔ Keep one or a few plants at home and water them with a smile every day.
